1. In the forming stage of parison, the conveying, melting, mixing and pumping of polymer in extruder are the forming stages of parison;

2. In the blanking stage, the blank is extruded from the gap between the die lip and the die core to the blanking stage. At the moment, the two phenomena of the die swell and the die vertical stretch affect the forming of the die.

3. In order to prevent the touch and adhesion of the inner and outer surface of the blank and improve the uniformity of the wall thickness of the product, the blank should be pre blown.

4. In the high-pressure blowing stage, the blank is blown by high pressure to make it close to the mold cavity, and the plastic forming stage of the finished product is completed.

Because of the different raw materials, there may be great differences in the performance of the plastic bucket. It is very common in our daily life. Plastic buckets can be seen from packaged drinking water, alcohol, drinks and chemical products. In the cold winter, especially in the northern region, we should pay special attention to the aging problem of plastic chemical buckets, otherwise it will be simply broken, the broken plastic sheets will not be used no matter whether they are recovered or others, and the utilization rate of chemical plastic bucket manufacturers will decline. Generally, the heat and cold of the plastic bucket are 108 ℃ and 70 ℃. Therefore, in general, the liquid temperature of the chemical plastic bucket should be - 40 ℃ to - 60 ℃. If the numerical planning is exceeded and the equipment contains more liquid or the temperature is higher, protective measures shall be taken for the chemical plastic bucket to prevent the deformation of the plastic bucket. Generally, we will use steel protection materials in plastic buckets.
