Plastic bucket is easy to shorten in the production process, which will have a certain impact on the production of plastic bucket. So what should we do to control its shortening rate?

The effect on the shortening rate of plastic bucket mainly depends on the plastic structure. For example, the reduction rate of thick-walled plastic parts is higher than that of thin-walled plastic parts (but the reduction rate of 1mm thin-walled plastic parts is higher than that of 2mm thin-walled plastic parts, which is due to the increase of melt resistance in the cavity); the reduction rate of plastic parts with inserts is smaller than that without inserts; the reduction rate of plastic parts with disordered shapes is smaller than that of simple shapes.

Generally, the reduction rate of height direction of plastic part is smaller than that of horizontal direction; the reduction rate of length direction of slender plastic part is smaller than that of thickness direction; the reduction rate of inner hole is larger and the reduction rate of shape is smaller.

In addition, the plastic bucket must have certain strength and wear resistance, and can resist impact, heat-resistant parts are better, chemical resistance is better, and water absorption is smaller.
