The influence of environment on the use of plastic bucket

Look at various performance indicators of food plastic bucket. For example, mechanical strength, heat resistance, solvent resistance, etc., of course, this depends on different uses to consider the parameters required for the selection of food plastic bucket. We not only have plastic buckets for food, but also a series of products such as 10L plastic buckets, 20L plastic buckets and 25L plastic buckets.

When choosing plastic buckets for packaging and transportation, it is necessary to pay attention to that the weight of the plastic bucket itself can not exceed 45% of its volume, otherwise it will be deformed. When cleaning plastic buckets, we can divide dirty buckets into three categories: no oil, oil and dirt. If the plastic bucket is not very dirty and there is no oil, we can choose 1 / 4 amount of clear water or salt water, pour it into the plastic bucket, cover the cover, shake it vigorously, and wash the dirt away with clean water.

Plastic products are greatly affected by temperature. Try not to put them in the place where the sun is direct, because ultraviolet light will accelerate the aging of plastic, avoid the heat and cold, prevent the expansion and contraction of plastic heat and shorten the life. Do not put plastic products in the place where the air is not circulating and humid.

The medium temperature of plastic bucket manufacturer is one of the main factors determining the drying speed of square barrel. When the medium temperature is high, the water vapor pressure difference between the inside and outside of the square barrel increases, and the water content difference between the inside and the outside of the square barrel increases, which makes the internal water conduction velocity and the external water evaporation velocity of the square barrel also accelerate. The higher the medium temperature is, the faster the drying speed is and the shorter the drying time is.

When the relative humidity in the plastic bucket is low, the pressure difference between the external surface and the internal water vapor of the dryer is large, and the drying speed is fast, otherwise it is slow. However, the influence of relative humidity on drying speed is affected by the temperature of drying medium. When the medium temperature is high, the influence of relative humidity on operation time is small. Generally, the relative humidity in the dryer is 10-20. If the relative humidity is less than 10%, a large amount of air needs to be made up to make up the heat consumption, which is not economical. When the wind speed is high, the square barrel accelerates the evaporation of external water, and the drying speed is accelerated, otherwise, the drying speed is slowed down.
