Injection pressure: the melt index of common resin is low, the blank wall is thin, and the injection pressure is high, otherwise it is low. The pressure of plunger injection molding machine is higher than that of screw injection molding machine. In the case of ensuring the quality of production, try to choose a lower injection pressure. Because it is inevitable that the bottom of the plastic bucket will protrude into the tank to form a spherical crown when forming, so the foundation should be made into a spherical crown with similar shape to the bottom of the tank.
