During stacking, attention shall be paid to the flatness of stacking, the touch area of the upper base layer shall be large, the upper base layer shall be aligned, and the misplaced stacking shall be prevented.

Injection temperature: injection temperature is related to the variety and characteristics of the original data, the type of injection molding machine and the thickness of 10 ton plastic bucket. For crystalline resin, such as polyethylene and polypropylene, the injection temperature should be higher than its melting point. For amorphous polymers, such as polystyrene and PVC, the injection temperature is higher than the viscosity temperature. The injection temperature of resin with low melt batch number is higher than that of resin with high melt index.

Injection pressure: the melt index of common resin is low, the blank wall is thin, and the injection pressure is high, otherwise it is low. The pressure of plunger injection molding machine is higher than that of screw injection molding machine. In the case of ensuring the quality of production, try to choose a lower injection pressure. Because it is inevitable that the bottom of the plastic bucket will protrude into the tank to form a spherical crown when forming, so the foundation should be made into a spherical crown with similar shape to the bottom of the tank. On a horizontal basis, it is not necessary to pave the corresponding spherical crown with sand at the bottom of the tank. When it is used in the open air, it is necessary to avoid direct sunlight and extend its service life.
