Detailed explanation of the expansion rate in the process of plastic bucket production

- Mar 07, 2020-

It is acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant, non-toxic, sterile, tasteless, and has excellent expansion and impact resistance. Plastic bucket is beautiful, light, strong, impact resistant, corrosion-resistant, foldable, non-toxic and tasteless, easy to transport. The products are suitable for all kinds of salted liquid food with brine, condiments, medical and health products, alcohol and fine chemical products packaging.

The effect on the expansion rate of the plastic bucket manufacturer mainly depends on the plastic structure. For example, the bulge rate of thick wall plastic parts is higher than that of thin wall plastic parts (but the bulge rate of 1mm thin wall plastic parts is higher than that of 2mm, which is due to the increase of resistance of melt in the cavity); the bulge rate of plastic parts with inserts is smaller than that without inserts; the bulge rate of plastic parts with disordered shape is smaller than that of disordered shape.

Generally, the expansion rate of the height direction of the plastic part is smaller than that of the degree direction; the expansion rate of the length direction of the slender plastic part is smaller than that of the thickness direction; the expansion rate of the inner hole is larger and the expansion rate of the shape is smaller.

Plastic buckets shall be stored under awning to avoid exposure to the sun. The storage temperature shall be below 40 ℃ and above - 18 ℃. The buckets after packing shall be stacked with double-sided flat pallets, and the pallet standard shall not be more than 1.3m. Each tray shall be stacked with one more layer, and the number of stacked buckets shall be determined by the size of the tray, and the edge of the bucket shall not exceed the edge of the tray. Drums on pallets shall be stacked symmetrically so that the center of gravity of all pallets and their upper drums is at the pallet base. It is only necessary to store plastic buckets in strict accordance with the requirements, which can increase their service life. The buckets stacked on the tray shall be packed and fixed with winding film. When packing, the deformation between plastic buckets and buckets shall be avoided, with the deformation ≤ 5%. After packing, the number of stacking layers of pallets shall not be more than 2. When stacking, the upper and lower layers shall be aligned so that the weight of the upper layer is evenly applied to the lower layer. The stacking area shall be flat and horizontal.
